If death occurs at the hospital
You will need to obtain a Certificate of Cause of Death (CCOD) from the doctor.
If death occurs at home
Upon contacting us, we will arrange for a doctor to the deceased home to certify the death.

Alternatively, there are also private crematoriums at Kong Meng San PhorKark See Monastery or TseThoAum Temple. For burial options there is the Choa Chu Kang Cemetery with a lease term of 15 years.
